03:48 AM BST - Network Outage

There is a network fault that is affecting access to all services. The Networks Team is investigating and we will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

10:29 AM BST - Network Outage

We have suffered a loss of power at our DC-IOM-1 datacentre. Schneider Electric are on site and investigating the issue.

11:06 AM BST - Network Outage

We have suffered a UPS failure and have been advised to power back on in bypass mode. We are slowly bringing everything back online.

We are performing an infrastructure upgrade on our shared web servers, rocket.myprivatewebserver.com, sun.myprivatewebserver.com, and INETC1506.INETC.NET. As part of the Netcetera Hosting Planned Maintenance and Security Update service, we will be applying Operating System Updates to servers during the maintenance window. The Planned Maintenance will be performed between 0100 to 0700 UTC on 18 August 2018. It may be necessary to reboot servers in some cases and if so there will be a brief outage as servers restart.
